African American Read-In: A Community Celebration

Created by the National Council Teachers of English and co-sponsored by the International Literacy Association, this celebration makes literacy a significant part of Black History Month.

The Portland Reading Council hosts a local African American Read-In each year with the North Portland Branch of the Multnomah County Library.
